SHANNON’S SOUTH COAST NATIONALS ITINERARY

 

Friday & Friday Night:

SOUTH COAST CRUISERS

 

MORUYA GOLF CLUB Late Entrants & registration till 7pm. Free entertainment, Restaurant open for lunch & dinner, Entertainment starts about 7.30pm. Evens St Moruya.

 

Friday Night Cruise Bench Session & Display: Cruise town, display vehicles at bottom end of golf club car park, chance to catch up meet new people & have a look at there rides.

 

Saturday:

WELCOME TO SHANNON’S SOUTH COAST NATIONALS

All Late Entrants must go to the Moruya High School (Albert St )to enter on Saturday.

DO NOT go to the Golf Club

 7am Gates open to entrants & traders. Gates close 4.30 - 5pm.

 8am Americar Body Shop Street Cruise will line up at Shelly Rd about 4klm north on Princes Hwy.

 

8.30am The Americar Body Shop Street Cruise will start, South on Princes Hwy, through town, left at the round about follow to Albert St then left into the bottom gates Moruya High School.

 

Gates Open To the public at 9am

 

9.30am Frankies Auto Electrics & Car Audio Sound Off will start. Your vehicle will be judged in the Sound Off Show Area you must have a sound Off Sticker on your vehicle to be judged & show your vehicle in that area. SPL will be judged Sunday in the same area with a drive through section

 

9.30am Moruya Smash Repairs Show ’N’ Shine, Truck Show & Robbo’s Harley Davidson Canberra Bike Show will start. Judging will start on all vehicles in the different Show N Shine areas. All areas of your Vehicle must be accessible to the judges.

 

10am Moruya Panel & Paint Novelty Events & Activities: will start for entrants on the main show area. (including Moruya Panel & Paint starter motor throwing, Tug A War, & Way Two Fast ACT Slot Car Racing) events will be held throughout the day great prizes.

10am-3pm Studio Ink Tattoo comp, Tattooing on site at the event book in 44 724555. (Strictly No Nudity)

 

12pm South Coast Nationals Princess competition up to 12 years, Kids Cruiser, & low rider bikes Judged & presented main stage.

 12pm-1pm Moruya Panel & Paint Rocker Cover Racing will start open to entrants & spectators.

 

3pm Premier One Products Truck trophy presentation Main stage near quadrangle.

 

4.30pm-5pm Event closed to spectators.

Saturday Night:

SHANNON’S PRESENTATION, CHILD FLIGHT CHARITY AUCTION & ENTERTAINMENT MORUYA GOLF CLUB ( Smörgåsbord dinner from 6pm New Owners)

 

5.30pm Buses start pick ups for the entertainment & activities at MORUYA GOLF CLUB See time table for pick up times & locations.

6pm A Smörgåsbord dinner will be available in the New Golf Club Restaurant.

 

7pm The SHANNON'S SOUTH COAST NATIONALS PRESENTATION & CHARITY AUCTION will start, Many Awards will be presented from the Car Show N Shine. The Major entrant’s gate prize will be drawn.

After Presentation: The Band will start; Win a Holiday at Broulee Holiday Park Between 8pm & 9.30pm Entrants only you have to be at the club to win.

 

BUS TIMETABLE: Sponsored by Marshal’s Bus & Coach Service

Sat Afternoon & Night:

5.30pm The entrance to Barlings Beach Tourist Park.

5.35pm The road entrance to Tomakin Tourist Park not the office.

5.40pm The car park at the Moorings golf course.

5.50pm Out the front of Broulee Tourist Park then Broulee Motel.

6pm Moruya Camping Grounds (Near the Airport).

6.10pm In front of Shell Servo for Riverbreeze Tourist Park & Waterfront Hotel

6.15pm From the Moruya Motel (be out the front as bus cannot get in & out of driveway)

6.20pm Out side Monarch Hotel. (Traffic lights)

6.30pm The Luhana Motel.

6.40pm Moruya Golf Club BUS WILL BE AS CLOSE TO TIMETABLE AS POSSIBLE

RETURNS: Early return to cater for families 8.30pm. Last bus 11.30pm The last bus will leave taking people back as far as Barlings Beach.

 WARNING: No Heavily intoxicated patrons will be permitted on the courtesy bus to ensure the safety of the other passengers. No drinking, eating or smoking is permitted on the courtesy bus.

Any Bad behavior will not be tolerated the offenders will be told to get of the bus.

7am Gates open to entrants & Traders & Swap Meet exhibitors.

 

9am Gates open to the Public, Moruya Smash Repairs Show’N’Shine & final judging for major awards Car as

well as final judging on the Bikes.

 9am Frankies Auto Electrics & Car Audio SPL judging starts.

 

9am-11am Studio Ink Tattoo Comp Last chance to get judged Tattooing on site at the event.

 

10am Moruya Panel & Paint Novelty Events & Activities: will start open to entrants & spectators

 

1.30pm Studio Ink Tattoo Comp Presentation. Robbo’s Canberra Bike Presentation Stage main show area.

 

2pm SHANNON’S final Presentations for Bikes, Cars, Sound Off, & SPL Comp. main stage.

 

4.30pm Event closed. See Ya Next year 24th & 25th AUGUST 2013 THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

9am Amusements Rides etc. at the show will be open for kids. Kids Club Open 9am till 4pm

 

10am Pictures & pencils for the Colouring in Competition will be available from the kids club activity tent.

 

2pm Winners of the Colouring in comp will be announced. Sat only.
